This briefing sheet lays out the conclusions from the conference & workshop on "Sustainable Development Goals: Land Governance for Equivalent Living and Working Conditions in Urban and Rural Areas", organised by the Shandong Office of the Hanns-Seidel Foundation 2019 in Qingzhou (China). It shows that, even though there is no single institutional model to use for the implementation of SDGs, the need for relevant public policy to signal the government's commitment concerning the implementation of SDGs is fundamental.
