Chinese think tanks on a study visit to Northern Europe: In Sweden and Denmark, the delegation explored European approaches to climate policy, green governance and the energy transition. A particular focus was Denmark’s pioneering tax on agricultural emissions — and the question of how ambitious climate policy can succeed even in hard-to-abate sectors.
