China bemüht sich darum, seinen internationalen Einfluss auszubauen. Wie das Land weltweit wahrgenommen wird, spielt dabei eine wichtige Rolle. Eine Veranstaltung an der Pekinger Fremdsprachenuniversität beleuchtete nun das Chinabild der Europäer.
In Kooperation mit dem Zentrum für Flurneuordnung und Bodenrehabilitation des chinesischen Ministeriums für Land und Ressourcen organisierte die Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung Ende September 2015 ein internationales Symposium zu Fragen der ländlichen Entwicklung.
Albrecht Flor war mehr als 20 Jahre als Projektleiter für die Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung in China tätig. Ein Festakt würdigte nun nochmals sein Engagement, insbesondere in Bezug auf den Bildungstransfer nach Westchina.
Am 18. September 2015 besuchte Prof. Ursula Männle, Vorsitzende der Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung, die Zentrale Parteihochschule in Beijing, um Schwerpunkte der künftigen Zusammenarbeit zu diskutieren.
